Manuel Davila is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of American Resources and Services, Inc.  He was born and raised in Northern California and worked in the agricultural business where he developed a strong work ethic and learned a great deal about managing and leading those with whom he worked.  Subsequently, Manuel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Second Language Acquisition from the University of Arizona and a Master’s degree in Leadership from Northern Arizona University.

 

As a school administrator and teacher, he was responsible for approximately 2,200 students and over 200 professional and educational staff.  His accomplishments included improving student academic success, increasing graduation rates and, lowering violent crimes and vandalism on campus.   He was also responsible with assisting with managing the campus budget equating to approximately $16 million.

In 2007 Manuel transitioned from education to private industry where he later founded ARS to serve both private companies and government agencies.  Since entering the private sector, Manuel has managed over $150 million in real estate transactions and facilities services. 

During his 21-year professional career, Manuel has been extremely successful in the areas of education, government, and private industry.  He is known for his creativity, influence, leadership, professionalism and, ability to motivate others.
